Lawsuit: Philly violated Boy Scouts' rights with eviction notice
The Boy Scouts of America's Philadelphia chapter has filed a federal lawsuit to block the city from evicting the troop from its headquarters on city-owned property on May 31 over the Scouts' refusal to allow gays and atheists to be members. The lawsuit alleges that the group's federal and state constitutional rights have been violated. City officials did not comment for this article. The Philadelphia Inquirer
